1. Who you are contracting with
These terms apply to orders placed on this page with Quantum Dimension Holdings Limited, a company registered in Ireland, of Dublin, Ireland.
2. Prompt and Persona packs - supplied as is
Persona and Prompt packs are digital documents delivered as files. They are supplied
as is and without warranty of any kind: we do not warrant that they will produce any particular output, result, accuracy, uplift, revenue or compliance outcome. They are prompt and persona engineering material for use with a third-party AI model that we neither control nor supply; model behaviour varies and can change without notice. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before relying on it, and for your own legal and regulatory compliance. Packs are sent to the email address you give us once your order is received. Because they are digital files, no refund is offered once a pack has been sent.
3. Assessment and audit services
The Readiness Assessment and AI Business Audit are advisory services delivered over the stated period. Findings and roadmaps are professional opinion based on the information made available to us. They are not legal, financial or regulatory advice.
4. Digital Humanoid and Embodied Humanoid programmes
These are implementation programmes, not off-the-shelf files, and we do commit to the following:

Customisation - the deployment is configured to your organisation, roles and processes, against a written scope agreed with you before work begins.

Human in the loop - a named human reviewer and a defined escalation path are built into the deployment; it is not designed to take consequential decisions unsupervised.
•
Defined acceptance - the scope document sets out what delivered means, and we work to it.
The +10% a year covers ongoing support and updates from year two. These programmes are contracted by separate written agreement; this page records your requirements and the agreed figure, and no programme begins before that agreement is signed by both sides.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Irish VAT at 23% is added at checkout and shown separately before you pay. If you are a business, or a buyer outside Ireland, please say so in the notes box: we will confirm the correct VAT treatment and issue the invoice accordingly. Payment is taken by PayPal. For orders above €10,000 we take €10,000 by card on this page and then contact you to arrange transfer of the balance to our bank account; those orders are confirmed once the balance is received. Programmes contracted by a separate written agreement are invoiced in full instead.
6. If something is not right
If you believe a deliverable does not match the scope we agreed, tell us at
cserv@huceptron.com within 14 days of delivery. We will clarify or re-present the work once at no charge. Please raise it with us before opening a payment dispute - we can almost always resolve it faster than a payment provider can.
7. Delivery and records
Deliverables are sent electronically to the email address you give at checkout and are treated as delivered when sent. We keep a record of your order, the terms in force when you placed it, the VAT treatment applied, and what was delivered and when, and we may produce those records in any payment dispute.
8. Nature of services and fees
You are purchasing our professional expertise, time and independent analysis. We do not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, financial metric or level of satisfaction, and any figures published on this website are historic or third-party results, not a forecast of your results. Deliverables are those set out in the written scope agreed with you and reflect our professional judgment at the time of delivery; changes to scope are agreed in writing. Fees are charged for time expended and expertise delivered, and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise. If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, section 6 applies. Beyond that, fees are not refundable on the basis of preference, creative difference or disagreement with our analysis. Nothing in this section removes rights you have under Irish or EU law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights where you buy as a consumer.
9. Card security
Choose your items, add your details, and check out securely. All prices in euro (EUR) and exclude VAT.
Payment is taken by PayPal. When you choose to pay, PayPal opens its own secure window and your card details are entered there, on PayPal's systems: they are never sent to, seen by, or stored on this website or by us. We receive only PayPal's confirmation that the payment succeeded.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights you have under Irish or EU law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights where you buy as a consumer. Where a limitation here is not permitted by law, it does not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order on this page is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Which terms apply
Where a separate written agreement is signed for a programme, that agreement governs and prevails over these terms. Otherwise the terms shown on this page on the day you order apply to your order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
